✅ Order Issues (Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items)

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re happy to offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

To request this, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number

A clear photo of the item

A short description of the issue

If your claim is approved, we will process a replacement or refund.
You do not need to return the item.


❌ Returns for Buyer’s Remorse or Sizing Mistakes

Because most of our products are made-to-order or sourced from third-party suppliers, we cannot accept returns for:

Change of mind

Wrong size or colour ordered

The incorrect shipping address was provided

🚚 Shipping Issues

If a package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, or goes unclaimed:

A re-shipping fee may apply.

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by address errors.


🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges, as our items are custom-made or dropshipped.
If your item is defective, we will replace it at no cost.


📦 Return Address

Please do not send returns directly to us.
Our products are fulfilled by trusted partners like Printify and international suppliers.
