What is Life B4 Coffee?
Life B4 Coffee is your daily dose of caffeine-fueled sarcasm — printed on t-shirts, mugs, stickers, and more. We blend humour, cartoons, and bold quotes into wearable mood swings.
Where do you ship from?
We work with trusted print-on-demand and dropshipping partners across the UK, EU, USA, and Asia. Your items may ship from different locations depending on what you order — so don’t worry if they arrive separately!
How long does shipping take?
Print-on-demand items:
• UK: 3–7 business days
• Europe: 5–10 business days
• USA & Canada: 7–12 business days
Dropshipping items (accessories & extras):
• Usually 7–20 business days, depending on destination
All items include a production time of 2–5 business days before shipping. You’ll receive a tracking link once your item is on its way.
Why did I receive only part of my order?
Your items may ship from different warehouses, especially if your order includes a mix of clothing and accessories. This is totally normal — the rest is on its way!
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All products are made or sourced to order, so we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective.
If there’s an issue, contact us at support@lifeb4coffee.com with your order number and a photo — we’ll make it right.
What size should I order?
Each clothing item includes a size guide in the product description. If you're unsure or love that relaxed, oversized vibe, we recommend sizing up. Comfort first!
Can I request a custom design?
Yes! A frog wearing a crown? Your cat as a zodiac queen?
Email your idea — we love bringing unique requests to life.
What if my item hasn’t arrived yet?
Check your shipping email for a tracking link. If it's past the delivery estimate, contact us and we’ll investigate. Some international carriers may take a little longer to update tracking. Some tracking numbers may take 24–48 hours to update, especially for international orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to most countries. If your country doesn’t appear at checkout, message us and we’ll try to add it.
✅ How are taxes, VAT, and customs handled?
We include sales taxes/VAT in our prices where applicable, based on your location.

If you're in the UK, the price you see is the price you pay.

If you're outside the UK (e.g. EU, US, Canada), your country may apply VAT, customs duties, or import taxes when your parcel arrives. These are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.
We are not currently VAT-registered. Shopify calculates and collects taxes where required, and we’ll update this section if anything changes.
🔄 Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders are sent to production automatically — usually within 1–2 hours. If you need to cancel or make changes, email support@lifeb4coffee.com right away.
If your order hasn't entered production yet, we’ll do our best. Once production begins, we can’t make changes or cancel the order.
🎁 Do you offer gift wrapping or notes?
Not at the moment — our products ship directly from our printing partners, so we can’t guarantee special packaging. We're working on ways to add more personal touches in the future!
🛠️ Do you take custom or personalised orders?
Absolutely. If you’ve got a special occasion, an inside joke, or a slogan that needs to live on a t-shirt, mug, hoodie, tote (or whatever), we’re all ears. Just drop us a message via the Contact page or DM us on socials — we love turning your ideas into real, wearable sarcasm. Bonus points if it’s weird, passive-aggressive, or oddly specific.

Yes! Our site uses SSL encryption and trusted payment gateways like PayPal, Stripe, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Your information is always safe.
